  • Shipping Time

    Please allow 1-3 business days after payment is received for order processing due to each pair of earrings being handmade. Our shipping time frame is typically 2-4 business days. Shipping and processing times can change depending on order volume, but we promise to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day.

    The tracking number will be issued via email within 48 hours, so make sure your email address is accurate, as well as that your billing and mailing address match. We ship everything USPS flat rate. Rates go up for international shipping.

  • Stolen or Lost Packages

    EarResistable By Simone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to shipping information including but not limited to misspelled addresses, incorrect zip codes and states. When viewing tracking information and it states that your package was delivered to the address you provided when placing order and you have not yet received it, you must contact your local USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to your local USPS

  • FREE Shipping Qualifications

    Orders valued at $75.00 or more are eligible for free shipping. This policy applies only to standard ground shipping. 

    You must purchase a total of $75.00 worth of merchandise before taxes, shipping and handling. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is shipping?

All packages are shipped USPS. Shipping time frame usually takes 2-4 days for customers to receive their packages. Most times we ship out next business day, but please keep in mind our processing time can range from 1-3 business days for each order since items are being handmade. During sales our volume may increase, which shipping and processing time may change from the usual, but don't worry your package will be shipped the next business day after processing order.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which it will contain your USPS tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS 24-48 business hours to provide any tracking updates. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Why did I have to sign to receive my package?

If your order is over $100.00 we do add signature confirmation so that we can ensure that you did receive your package. Due to order amount being on the high price side, we want to protect you and our company.

What if my card is declining?

Check the billing information you’re entering and be sure it matches what you have on file with your bank. If payment is shown on your transactions to have been taking out of your account and order has not shown processed, I would reach out to your bank and have them to reverse payment. You can then check out faster through PayPal.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS.

Any pickup or local delivery options available?

No, not at this time.

Does your company allow refunds/returns/exchanges?

Exchanges are only accepted if the product error is due to our company or a defect. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds. Additional non-returnable items include: Gift cards, clearance items and custom items. Before you return an item, you must contact us via email (help@earresistablebysimone.com) within 72 hours of delivery date.

How often does your company restock merchandise?

We aim to stay stocked at all times, but if there is something that is not in stock our goal is to have item restocked within a week do to each item being handmade by our team. Our restock days are every Saturday at 3pm CST.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Once item is purchased, order cannot be canceled

Does your company provide return labels?

No, we do not offer return labels as exchange items are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.

My delivery date changed from the original date that was shown, why is that?

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
